SHIPPING QUESTIONS

Can I cancel my order?

  • Please shoot us an email immediately if you have decided to cancel your order and we will try to accommodate you as best as we can.
  • Most items get directly shipped from our warehouse so if the order has already shipped, we ask you wait to receive your item and then submit a return.

Will you refund the shipping charges on my parcel?

Unfortunately we do not refund shipping as we still have the cost of our warehouse, packaging and handling. 

How long does shipping take?

  • We offer priority mail on smaller items 5-7 business days and FedEx home service on larger items 2-5 business days.
  • Items can be expedited for an additional fee.
  • All shipping deadlines are subject to change based US Carriers capabilities during bad weather and holidays.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not at this time. If you have any family members or friends in the USA, we are more than willing to ship your item to them so it can be forwarded to you.


PRODUCT & STOCK

Can I order a product if it is labeled "Out of Stock"?

Some items are handmade so stock is dependent parts available. Please contact us at PipingHotArt@Gmail.com with the product description and your color choice and we will let you know.

Do you take on custom orders?

  • Yes, we are always willing to entertain a custom order for you.
  • Simply send us an email INCLUDING dimensions, your product idea and any similar photos of what you are trying to accomplish.
  • We will get back to you within 24 hours.

My product is not working, what do I do?

Please reach out to us as soon as possible at PipingHotArt@Gmail.com and we will help troubleshoot your issue right away!

Can I use your products outdoors?

  • Any metal products placed outdoors are ALWAYS subject to rust.
  • With proper maintenance it is possible to use outdoors (regularly sanding and re-sealing your product on a regular basis).
  • We do NOT offer any guarantees against rust as this is subject to your environment, weather conditions and your maintenance capabilities.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

  • We have a 30 day return policy from the date it was received.
  • Shoot us an email (PipingHotArt@Gmail.com) to let us know it is on the way then simply box your items in the original packaging AND in the original condition in which you received the product.
  • Your account will be refunded, no problem :)
  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs back to us.

Can I make an exchange?

  • You can make an exchange within 30 days of the date it was first received.
  • Shoot us an email (PipingHotArt@Gmail.com) to let us know it is on the way and what item you want to exchange it for. Then simply box your items in the original packaging AND in the original condition in which you received the product.
  • We will make the exchange and refunded any additional money back to you no problem :)
  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs back to us.

When can I expect my refund?

After we receive and examine you items the refund will be issued within 24 hours.
